Outdoor seven-star stone sports flooring is a new type of outdoor special sports flooring launched by Lanning. The thickness of the product is 5.5mm, a total of red, green, gray, blue 4 colors to choose from, is a relatively high-end outdoor sports flooring products, mainly for outdoor high-end basketball courts, badminton courts, table tennis courts.
The product pattern is centered on the positive hexagon, six positive pentagons uniformly surrounded by the pattern composition, from different visual angles to see the same texture, strong integrity, paving effect is beautiful and generous. The surface area of single pattern is large, and it is connected by U-type arc transition, which is not easy to hide dirt and ensure the same size of friction in all directions in the movement. The production technology adopts the STPU process, which greatly improves the product's UV resistance, and has good resistance to acid and alkali, extreme temperatures, aging, stain resistance and anti-slip properties. The compression layer is made of black polyester mesh fabric and glass fiber nonwoven fabric, which improves the stability of the product and effectively prevents the deformation and cracking of the floor caused by the movement process.
The foam layer is made of food-grade raw materials and environmentally friendly plasticizers approved by national testing organizations. Adopting the improved new foaming technology, the foam layer of the product foam hole wall is more tough, the force is uniform and reasonable, to ensure the durability and stability of the bubble holes on the impact absorption, not easy to rupture. The back plate adopts the thickened dense back sealing layer, which greatly reduces the absorption of moisture on the floor, effectively prevents the floor from mold and mildew, and greatly extends the service life.
